Biography

Courtney A. Kramer is an associate attorney at The Katz Legal Group. Courtney’s clients include high-ranking elected officials, candidates for public office, and 501(c)(4) and (c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Courtney worked in the Office of White House Counsel under President Trump in 2018 and then clerked for the American Center for Law and Justice where she worked to protect First Amendment rights and constitutional freedoms.

James Magazine named her one of the “Most Influential Attorneys” in 2021 and 2022, being the youngest attorney to ever receive the award in years past. Courtney is a frequent commentator on national television and has been published by the Washington Post.

An Atlanta native, Courtney graduated magna cum laude from Georgia College and State University in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2019, she received her J.D. from Emory Law School where she worked for the United Nations in the Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate Program and wrote for the Emory International Law Review.

She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Federal Court in the Northern District of GA.
